Prof. Barbara Hasse, MD is senior physician at the Division of Infectious Diseases and Hospital Epidemiology, University hospital Zurich, Switzerland. She is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She habilitated in 2014 at the University of Zurich. Her research fields are focused on prosthetic vascular graft infections, infective endocarditis, mycobacterial diseases and on HIV/AIDS. Barbara Hasse initiated in 2012 a prospective cohort study on the topic of vascular graft infections (VASGRA) at the University Hospital Zurich.
