Alex Kallen currently serves as the Chief of the Prevention and Response Branch in the Divison of Healthcare Quality Promotion at CDC. He is a Fellow of the Society for Helathcare Epidemiology of America,Infectious Diseases Society of America, and the American College of Physicians. His interest include the epidemiology and prevention of antimicrobial resistance and the prevention of central line associated bloodstream infecions.
