Brandon Ogbunu, PhD

C. Brandon Ogbunu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University. He carries an affiliate appointment in the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Program. He is a computational biologist whose research investigates complex problems in epidemiology, genetics, and evolution. His work utilizes a range of methods, from experimental evolution, to biochemistry, mathematics, and evolutionary computation. In the infectious disease world, Brandon utilizes theory and data to address fundamental questions in the study of antimicrobial resistance.
