Erika D'Agata, MD MPH

Dr.Erika D'Agata is a Professor of Medicine at Brown University in the Division of Infectious Diseases. Over the last 20 years her research has focused on the transmission dynamics of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDRO) in a variety of healthcare settings, including the long term care facilities (LTCF) and dialysis centers. Her research has identified effective strategies aimed at curtailing the spread of MDRO, including antimicrobial stewardship programs addressing the unique aspects of dialysis facilties and LTCF.
