Tara Palmore, M.D., is an infectious diseases physician who serves as the Hospital Epidemiologist at the NIH Clinical Center. She completed her medical degree at the University of Virginia, internal medicine residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weil Cornell Medical Center, and infectious diseases fellowship at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIH. Her research interests include investigation of nosocomial transmission using genomic epidemiology.
